Thermal Transfer Labels

Since Thermal Transfer labels are compatible with ribbon printing, it is necessary to print with the appropriate ribbon according to the paper type during use with the label printer. They are types of labels that are resistant to outdoor conditions, where the upper surface of the label is printed with ribbon.

1. Dough

It is a matte paper with a rough surface. It is generally used in laser printers and copiers in cut A4 sheets. Ribbon printing is not recommended. The toner is suitable for ink printing.

Vellum

It has a matte and slightly rough surface, it is the most preferred barcode label in barcode printers. It is used in various sectors (textile, automotive, food) especially as a parcel label. Suitable for ribbon printing. Wax ribbon is recommended.

Coated

It has a smooth and flat surface. It has a brighter surface appearance compared to the vellum label. There are two types as matte coated and glossy coated. It is mostly used in the food industry and in color works. Suitable for ribbon printing. Wax ribbon is recommended.

Cromolux

It has a flat and smooth surface. It is much brighter than the coated label. It is mostly used in the food industry and in color works. Suitable for ribbon printing. Wax and Wax Resin ribbon are recommended.

Pharma

It is similar to coated paper, but is thinner and less weighted. Due to its fine structure, it is preferred in the pharmaceutical and chewing gum industries. Suitable for ribbon printing. Wax ribbon is recommended.

Opaque Polypropylene

It is a hard material that is resistant to heat and sun. It does not stretch, it is difficult to tear. It is a preferred label in the chemical and cosmetic industry. Suitable for ribbon printing. B110CX or B110A ribbon is recommended.

It is a flexible material resistant to water and moisture. It can tear in the flow direction and stretch in the other direction. It is a preferred label in the chemical and cosmetic industry. Suitable for ribbon printing. B110CX or B110A ribbon is recommended.

Transparent Polypropylene

It is made of a transparent raw material and is a hard material resistant to heat and sun. It does not stretch and is difficult to tear. It is a preferred label in the chemical and cosmetic industry. Suitable for ribbon printing. B110CX or B110A ribbon is recommended.

Transparent Polyethylene

It is made of a transparent raw material and is a flexible material resistant to water and moisture. It can tear in the flow direction and stretch in the other direction. Data PE

It is produced from a special adhesive. Even in salty water, it can stay undissolved for an average of one month. It is a hard material and its surface is matte and smooth. It is hard to tear and resistant to heat and sun. It is a preferred label in the chemical and cosmetic industry. Suitable for ribbon printing. B110CX ribbon is recommended.

Thermal Labels

Thermal labels are not labels compatible with ribbon printing. During use with a label printer, the material on the paper is directly darkened by heat and printing occurs. It has a structure that is affected by external environmental conditions. It is no different from fax paper in terms of printing principle.

Eco Thermal

The label is formed by thermal lamination on its upper surface. It is sensitive to heat, light, moisture and alcohol, and it can darken on its own or the information on it may fly. durability period is short. It is used in food, market and textile sector. No need for ribbon printing.

Semi Thermal

It is more durable than Eco thermal. The upper surface of the label is protected thermal. It is sensitive to heat, light, moisture and alcohol, and it can darken on its own or the information on it will fly. durability is short. It is used in food, market and textile industry. No need for ribbon printing.

Laminated (Top) Thermal

It is more durable than eco thermal and semi thermal, and both surfaces of each label are thermal protected. It is sensitive to heat, light, moisture and alcohol, and it can darken on its own or the information on it may fly. durability is short. It is used in food, market and textile industry.
